Description

High wear resistance

The precise star of the Habix庐plus coupling is made of an extremely wear-resistant and temperature-resistant plastic. Up to size 48, the coupling is made of high-strength aluminum; from size 65, it is made of steel.


High freedom from play

The balancing element of the flexible Habix庐plus HPN or HPK coupling is the star. This transmits the torque backlash-free and vibration-damping. The high-precision star determines the characteristics of the entire coupling or drive train. The zero backlash of the clutch is ensured by the preload of the star. The Habix庐plus-HPN or HPK coupling is able to compensate for radial, angular and axial misalignment. The Habix庐plus coupling star can withstand continuous loads of up to 100 掳C or 120 掳C. When used at low temperatures, -30掳C is permissible.
